Silk Dye Effluent Induced Change in Ultra-Structure of Testis on Swiss Albino Male Mice Mus Musculus and Recovery by Moringa Oleifera Leaves Powder

The silk dye effluent is one of the most potential harmful chemicals liberated in environment an unexpected manner. Silk waste widely used as a potent dyeing yarn and fabrics many countries has been shown to produce some adverse health effects. This work focuses primarily on effects Moringa oleifera leaf extract testis induced surface ultrastructure Swiss albino mice Mus musculus. taken account for ultrastructural study. were divided into 5 Groups i.e. Group I (Control), II (fed with 50% dye), III 100% IV (mice fed treated M. leaves powder), V powder) have experiment. dose was 2ml/day both groups given per standard (300mg/kg b.w) animals group V. Administration result demonstrated disrupted spermatids, cessation seminiferous tubule cell, irregular cavity, lump tubules, interstitial cell occupied spermatogonial cells but leafs powder it significantly recovered damage tissues observed. study suggested that may beneficial effect constituents such Testis.
